Welcome to the WhatsApp Business Card OCR Bot (the “Service”), operated by Sigmaflux (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Service via WhatsApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
The WhatsApp Business Card OCR Bot is an AI-powered tool that extracts contact information from images of business cards and synchronizes that data directly to a Google Sheet within your personal Google Drive. The Service includes:
– AI-driven Optical Character Recognition (OCR).
– Integration with Google Sheets API.
– Generation of VCF (Virtual Contact Files).
– Credit-based processing system.
2. User Accounts and Connectivity
2.1 WhatsApp Identification
The Service identifies you based on your WhatsApp phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your WhatsApp account.
2.2 Google Account Integration
To use the primary features of the Service, you must authorize access to your Google account via OAuth2.
– We request the `https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file` scope.
– We use this access strictly to create and update the “WhatsApp Scanned Contacts” spreadsheet in your drive.
– You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account security settings.
3. Credits and Payments
3.1 Credit System
The Service operates on a “credit” basis. Each successful scan or processing action deducts credits from your balance.
3.2 Purchases
Credits can be purchased via our integrated payment gateway (Razorpay). All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or specified in a separate refund policy.
3.3 Expiration
Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active, but Sigmaflux reserves the right to modify this policy with prior notice.
4. Proper Use and Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
– Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
– Submit images that contain malware, viruses, or harmful code.
– Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service’s infrastructure.
– Use the Service to process sensitive personal data without the necessary consents.
5. Data Ownership and Privacy
5.1 Your Data
All extracted contact data saved to your Google Sheet is owned by you. Sigmaflux does not claim ownership of your scanned data or contact lists.
5.2 Content Processing
By sending images to the bot, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to process those images solely for the purpose of providing the OCR service. We do not store your images long-term or use them for training AI models.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
6.1 "As Is" Basis
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for high AI accuracy, we do not guarantee 100% error-free OCR results.
6.2 Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party platforms (WhatsApp/Meta, Google, Mistral AI, Razorpay). We are not responsible for downtimes or service interruptions caused by these providers.
6.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sigmaflux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via WhatsApp or by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document.
